Every watch goes through quality checks before shipping, but if an issue slips through, we've got you covered.
2-Year Warranty
Every watch comes with a full 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. Here's what's included — and what isn't.
What's Covered
- ●Movement defects and mechanical failures
- ●Manufacturing flaws in the case, dial, or bracelet
- ●Issues with the crown, bezel, or clasp mechanisms
- ●Water resistance failures (within rated specs)
- ●Premature wear of plating or coating under normal use
What's Not Covered
- ●Physical damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
- ●Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear from daily use
- ●Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- ●Battery replacement (for quartz models)
- ●Damage from exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
Refunds & Exchanges
Not 100% happy with your purchase? You have 7 days after delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- ●The watch must be in its original, unworn condition
- ●All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- ●Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- ●Personalized or custom-modified watches cannot be returned
How the Return Process Works

Get Approval
We'll review your request and send you return instructions, including the shipping address and any labels you need.
Ship It Back
Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and send it back to us. We recommend using tracked shipping.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we'll process your refund or send your replacement — usually within 3–5 business days.
