1. General Overview

These terms cover what happens when you browse superclonerolex.io and when you place an order with us. Using the site or buying something means you're agreeing to them. If a clause below doesn't sit right with you, the simplest fix is not to order — we're not going to talk anyone into a watch.

2. Products & Descriptions

Every watch on the site has real product photos, specs, and a description we've written ourselves. We try to get the colors right, but a dial that reads one way under our lighting can look slightly different on your phone or laptop — dial lume in particular never photographs the way it reads in person.

If you want to know something specific about a reference before ordering — the exact bracelet weight, the bezel insert material, whether the crown guards are sharp or soft — email us. We'll answer. We'd rather talk someone out of the wrong watch than ship one that wasn't the right call.

3. Pricing & Payment

Every price on the site is in USD and already includes worldwide shipping. No surprise shipping fee at checkout, no handling charge, no currency conversion we control. Prices do shift — factory prices move, demand flips, the dollar wobbles — but a price change never applies retroactively to an order that's already been paid and confirmed.

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and bank transfer. Crypto clears faster on our end; a wire can take a couple of business days to land. Either way, the order goes into processing once payment is confirmed in full.

4. Orders & Processing

Once your order comes through, you'll get a confirmation email with the reference, the amount paid, and an order number. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days from the moment payment clears. Every watch gets a final QC pass before it ships — timekeeping check, bezel alignment, bracelet end-link fit, crown function.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the payment looks fraudulent, or if the specific reference sold out before we could allocate one. Cancellation means a full refund on the same rail you paid with.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Every parcel goes out tracked and insured, and we file the customs paperwork ourselves. Transit is usually 7–15 business days depending on where you are — North America and Western Europe tend to land on the short end, South America and Oceania on the long end.

Once the parcel is in the courier's hands we're at their mercy. Customs holds, strikes, severe weather, and anything that falls under force majeure is outside what we can fix from this side. If tracking stalls for more than a few days, email us — we'll chase the courier for you.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The watch has to come back unworn, in its original box, with the warranty card, tags, and any accessories that shipped with it. Return shipping is on the buyer — we'll send the return address once the request is approved.

7. Warranty

Every watch ships with a 2-year warranty. It covers movement failure and any defect that came from the factory — a dead rotor, a hand that falls off, a crown that won't wind, a bracelet pin that snaps. It does not cover water damage from wearing a screw-down crown unscrewed in the shower or ocean, scratches and bracelet wear from normal use, or cosmetic aging. Warranty claims start with an email to support with your order number and a short video of what's happening.

8. Intellectual Property

The text, product photos, logos, and page layouts on superclonerolex.io belong to us. We shot the photos, wrote the copy, and built the design. You're welcome to link to any page — that's how the internet works. You're not welcome to copy the photos or the writing onto another site, pass our product shots off as your own stock, or reproduce the design without written permission.

9. User Conduct

When you use the site you agree not to use it for anything illegal under your local laws, try to break into the admin side, scrape the catalog at volumes that hurt the server, submit fake shipping details at checkout, or turn around and resell our watches as genuine Rolex pieces. That last one is the only rule we'll actually come after somebody over — it's fraud on your buyer, and it poisons the replica market for everyone else.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows it, superclonerolex.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to using the site or wearing a watch you bought from us. If we do end up liable for something specific, the ceiling is the amount you paid for that particular watch — no more than that.

11. Disclaimer

The watches we sell are replicas, made for personal enjoyment. We are not Rolex. We're not affiliated with Rolex SA or any of its subsidiaries, we don't hold a license from them, and we never claim otherwise. Where we use the word Rolex, or reference model names like Submariner, Daytona, or GMT-Master, it's descriptive — that's the original the watch is a copy of. Nothing on this site should be read as representing Rolex themselves.

12. Changes to These Terms

Terms get updated from time to time — usually when a shipping lane shifts, a payment rail is added or dropped, or a regulator somewhere forces a tweak. Updates take effect the moment they're posted on this page. If you're a repeat buyer, re-reading this page every few months is the sensible thing to do. Placing a new order after an update means you accept whatever the current version says.
