If you have purchased a watch elsewhere and wish to utilize our jeweler, please reach out to us for further information.
 
Our warranty covers manufacturers’ defects, excluding intentional damage or general wear and tear such as scratches or dents. It’s important to ensure the crown is always securely screwed in to prevent water damage, as water damage resulting from an improperly secured crown is not covered. To initiate a warranty claim, please email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out, as we require this information for our records. Packages without prior email notification of the tracking number will be returned to the customer.
 
In the rare event that your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is unavailable, you will have the option to choose another product of equal value. Most manufacturers’ defects can be repaired, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly. For your protection, please insure your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping damages.
 
Please note that intentional crown/stem damages are not covered under warranty, except in cases where the damage is due to a manufacturers’ defect. In such instances, we will gladly repair or replace your product. Repair products typically take 1-2 weeks to be received. All products are subject to a final inspection before being repaired or exchanged.
 

Satisfaction Guaranteed! – Refunds/Exchanges Policy

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your watch and will not need to return it, we understand that circumstances may arise. In the event that you decide to return your purchase, we do not charge any restocking fees. You are only responsible for returning the watch and its original box to us.
 
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address. To ensure a smooth return process, please refrain from removing any protective plastic from the watch, as doing so will void the refund.
 
Once the watch is returned in its original condition, you can expect to receive a refund within 7-10 working days after we receive your package. Please note that custom orders for extra gold or extra platinum are non-refundable, although we may allow exchanges under certain circumstances.
 
To initiate a return, the product must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the day you received it. Please email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out, as we will be checking for both the tracking and RMA numbers upon receiving the returns. Packages without these numbers will be returned to the customer.
 
The product must be returned unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. The original plastic must remain intact. Please note that once the watch has been worn, the refund/exchange policy is void. We can easily determine if the watch has been worn, as the protective plastic seals and green hologram (if present) begin to fade after use and wearing.
 
Before sending the return, please ensure that you have insured the shipment to protect against any shipping damages. We cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during the return transit.
 
Please allow 21-35 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement after the return has been processed.
