Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what we do to keep it out of the wrong hands. Short version: we keep the bare minimum needed to get your watch to you, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
1. Information We Collect
Here's exactly what we record when you browse the site or place an order:
- Personal info: the name, email, phone number, and shipping address you enter at checkout. Email is the main channel we use to keep you updated.
- Payment info:we don't store credit card details — the site doesn't take cards in the first place. Crypto payments happen wallet-to-wallet, and all we see is the sending address and the transaction hash. Bank transfers leave us with whatever the wire carries (sender name, originating bank).
- Browsing data: IP address, browser user-agent, pages you landed on, and the referrer. Standard server-log stuff. We read it to see which collection pages are worth expanding.
- Communication data:messages you send through the contact form or in reply to our emails. If it's order-related, we keep it attached to the order.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data above feeds exactly the following:
- Processing your order and getting the parcel ready
- Sending the confirmation, shipping notification with tracking, and anything that comes up in transit
- Answering questions that come in through the contact form or a direct email
- Catching fraud patterns — stolen-card reshipping, address mismatches, chargeback rings
- Making the site better — which collection pages to expand, which references to photograph again, where people drop off at checkout
- Occasional promotional email, but only if you ticked the box at checkout
3. Sharing Your Information
We don't sell customer data. Never have, never will. The only third parties that ever touch it are:
- Shipping carriers: your name and address so the courier can deliver the parcel. Nothing else.
- Payment rails:bank transfers necessarily go through your bank and ours — they see the wire details. Crypto is on-chain; we don't hand anything to a processor there.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymized traffic data — page views, geography at the country level, referrers. Nothing that identifies a specific order.
- Legal:if a valid court order or subpoena from a jurisdiction we have to answer to shows up, we comply. We haven't received one to date.
4. Cookies
Cookies are the small files your browser stores to remember things between page loads. We use them for three things: to keep your cart from forgetting itself between visits, to keep staff accounts logged in on the admin side, and to measure basic traffic patterns. We don't run ad-network retargeting pixels.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the cart won't persist between visits — you lose the contents when you close the tab. That's the only thing that actually breaks.
5. Data Security
Everything between your browser and our server runs over HTTPS, with Let's Encrypt certificates rotated automatically. The database sits on a locked-down server with SSH key auth only and no public database port. Backups are encrypted. That's the practical side. The legal caveat, which we have to add: no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — only that we take it seriously and act when something looks off.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live — GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California, and similar regimes elsewhere — you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your data, except for records we have to retain for tax or fraud reasons
- Unsubscribe from marketing email — the footer link works instantly, or email us
- Request your data in a portable format (CSV or JSON, whichever is easier on your end)
Send these requests to support@superclonerolex.io. We respond within a few days — usually same day on weekdays.
7. International Transfers
We're an international shop. Orders ship to every continent except Antarctica, and the servers, databases, and backups live wherever makes sense for uptime — most of that hardware is in Europe. That means your data may be processed in countries outside the one you're ordering from. Placing an order means you're OK with that transfer. The same security and retention rules apply no matter where the bits land.
8. Third-Party Links
Blog posts, guides, and the occasional comparison piece link out to other sites — watch databases, forums, a YouTube video here and there. What those sites do with your data is on them. Our privacy policy doesn't reach across the link. If something external matters to you, it's worth skimming their page before clicking through.
9. Children's Privacy
The site isn't designed or marketed for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly accept orders from minors or store their details. If you think a child somehow placed an order or filled out the contact form, email us — we'll wipe the record and issue a refund if money changed hands.
10. Changes to This Policy
We update this page when something actually changes — a new analytics tool added, a payment rail dropped, a jurisdiction we start processing orders from. Updates take effect the moment they're posted. If you're a repeat buyer, a quick re-read every few months is sensible. Placing another order after an update counts as acceptance of whatever version is live.
11. Contact Us
Privacy questions, data requests, or anything on this page you'd like spelled out more clearly — email support@superclonerolex.io or use the Contact Us page. We read every message.
