Image License & Usage
Every product photo, gallery frame and feature image on this site is our own work. Here is what you can do with it, what needs our permission first, and how to ask for it.
1. Who Owns the Images
All photography on SuperClone Rolex, including every product gallery, dial close-up, bracelet detail and feature-page image, is created by us and is the copyright of SuperClone Rolex. We shoot our own inventory. The watches are replicas; the photographs of them are originals.
2. What You May Do Without a License
- View the images while browsing or shopping the site.
- Save a photo for your own private reference before or after a purchase.
- Link to a product page (the page, not the raw image file).
3. What Requires a License
You need written permission from us before you do any of the following with our images:
- Republish them on another website, marketplace or app.
- Use them in advertising, social posts or listings that sell a product or service.
- Print them, or include them in any commercial material.
- Redistribute them in a dataset, image bank or bulk download.
4. What Is Never Permitted
- Passing our photography off as your own work or product.
- Hotlinking our image files directly from your site or storefront.
- Scraping the galleries to train machine-learning or generative-AI models without our written consent.
- Removing or altering copyright information embedded in a file.
5. How to License an Image
Commercial use is usually fine once we have agreed terms. Tell us which image or product reference you want, where it will appear and for how long, and we will reply with a licence and any attribution requirement. Reach us through the contact page.
6. Attribution
Where a licence is granted, credit reads “Image © SuperClone Rolex” unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Takedown & Questions
If you believe an image has been used in breach of these terms, or you are not sure whether your use needs a licence, contact us and we will sort it out quickly.
