Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. Fill out the form below and our team will handle the rest.
7-Day Return Window
Request your return within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, in its original box with the warranty card, tags and accessories. Personalized or custom-modified watches cannot be returned.
Inspection Process
We review every request within 48 hours and send the return address once approved. Ship the watch back with tracking, at your cost. We inspect it on arrival and confirm the outcome by email.
Refund Method
Refunds go back the way you paid: card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency to a wallet you provide. We issue the refund within 5–7 business days of the watch passing inspection.
