The GMT-Master needs a true second time zone (3285). The Sky-Dweller needs the annual calendar that corrects the date once a year on its own (9001). The Land-Dweller rounds out the Swiss four. You are not picking a movement on a product page. The collection already picked it, and the price reflects which one you get.
