Rolex Submariner 116610LV 40mm Hulk Green Dial

The 116610LV – the Hulk – is probably one of the most recognized dive watches out there. When Rolex released it in 2010, it was the first Submariner with both a green dial AND a green bezel. The nickname stuck immediately – green and strong, like the Marvel character.

That sunburst green dial does this cool thing where it shifts color depending on the light. Dark bottle green one moment, bright lime the next. The Chromalight lume on those oversized markers glows blue and lasts for hours.

The green Cerachrom bezel is scratch-proof, corrosion-proof, and the color won’t fade. Combined with the green dial, it makes the Hulk impossible to mistake for anything else.

The Oyster bracelet with Glidelock clasp extends up to 20mm without tools – useful over a wetsuit. The Triplock crown and 300m water resistance mean it’s fully capable as a working dive watch.

Production ended in 2020 when the Starbucks (126610LV) took over. That one has the green bezel but a black dial. The Hulk, with its all-green look, remains unique in the lineup.
