Nicknamed "Batman" by collectors when it launched in 2013, the 116710BLNR was the first Rolex to feature a bi-color Cerachrom bezel, blue-and-black ceramic in a single ring. The two-tone fusion required a new firing process: black ceramic chemically altered to blue on half the insert before final sintering.
